In shopping mall!

Yesterday, I was seeing the photographs stored in my computer. I came across a pic which I clicked in a shopping mall on Independence Day. The mall was decorated with tricolour balloons, star, some decorative hangings and a phansi ka phanda (hanged rope).

Do you think this decoration is patriotic or hilarious?

Kavi

During my early days of blogging he followed my blog. He is a regular reader of my blog. He encourages with his inspiring comments to write better and good. I want to thank Kavi for sharing my url on his blog as most of the readers visit my blog via his blog.

A few days back I read about him that he can run 35 kilo meters at a stretch.

How many kilo meters can you run at a stretch? OK guys, I ask a simple question. How many meters? ;)

His advice

“I have started blogging which means writing regularly on internet.” Near about one year back I elatedly told the eldest member of my family.
“On which other people come and leave comments.” He said.
“Yes.”
“You write about what?”
“About my minute observations. I am writing in English and not in Hindi. I know my English is not so good but I am giving it a try.”
“Keep writing it will improve.” He advised me.

I recalled this conversation after hearing the news of his death.

This is 225th post, dedicated to his advice.

Bottle cap

“In my youth days, I can open a cap of soda or soft drink bottle with my thumb only.” An elderly man told me.
“There is some trick or force is used to do so.” I asked.
“Force only!”

Was he flaunting or serious?

HVD

Dear M,
Wherever you are, with who ever you are, I just want to say three words, “Happy Valentine Day!”

Blogger friends, should I write in the end of this message ‘With lots of hugs and kisses’ or just ‘Take care’/ ‘Cheers’?

Toffees in exchange of coins!

“I do not have three rupees change so I am giving you these toffees.” A shopkeeper said to a customer.

“Do you have two rupees change, ma’am?” That shopkeeper asked me when my turn came for billing.
“I have toffees in exchange.” I replied.

Will shopkeeper accept toffees in exchange of coins from me or no?

When I was six years old .....

“Is it your cat?” Maid’s kid asked me as her mother was busy doing household chores. Today he had fever so came along with her. On seeing a white colored cat with black and white stripped tail he couldn’t resist asking.
“Yes, it is mine. Its name is Bilu.” I told him when I was six years old. “When I call it, I produce poch poch sound to demonstrate, it come near me. It starts rubbing its body against mine to show affection. And when I say shoo and stamp my foot loudly on ground it knows that now I am angry and go away.”
“Is it ladeez or gentz?” He asked.
