My first short story

Yesterday I recieved this mail.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept this story for publication. Don't let this get you down, though. There are many possible reasons for turning down a story, and we regularly turn down great work just because it isn't quite right for us. (Due to time constraints, we're unable to discuss reasons for rejecting specific stories.)

Do you think this mail is specially written for my story or it is their regular mail in which they just change the name of the author whose work is being rejected?

Lonely

“It is lonely at the top.” A celebrity wrote.
“It is lonely at the bottom too. :(” A common man commented.

Do you agree or disagree with the common man?

I clicked this simple photo after great effort as this man dressed in langur was crowded with kids, young girls, guys and even aunties and uncles to shake hand with him or to have a click with him. Like langur, he screeched to shoo every one away.

What do you suggest should I also click a photo with him to post it on social networking site or should not have a photo with him as it will look ridiculous?

Haemoglobin & Chlorophyll

“My daughter has cleared the medical entrance exam.” Mr. ‘J’ told me.
“Congrats! What is her name?” I asked.
“Haemoglobin.”
“It is her real name or nick name?”
“Real name. And my son’s name is Chlorophyll.”

Do you think Haemoglobin and Chlorophyll are unique or funny names?

In a book shop I saw Annual horoscope 2009 by Bejan Daruwalla. Nobody buy it in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Let us hope that someone might buy it in 2012.

GOD?

“I don’t believe in God. I hate God.” A middle aged widow said after hearing about the untimely death of her daughter. She was a religious woman before this incidence.

Why we have faith in GOD when we are happy and loses it as soon as any sorrow comes in our lives?
