“Go behind that wall and pissed. There is open air loo.” The shopkeeper replied.
Even if we want to make our area clean can we do or that is not possible?

The same people will know what to do when they're in cities like Singapore. I sometimes wish we have these hard and fast rules with hefty fines and all!
