Filling the form, I looked up and noticed that instead of looking at his computer; Mr. ‘H’ was starring me. I forwarded the paper towards him but he was continuously staring me without blinking. His gaze was absolutely fixed on me.
Should I ask him to blink otherwise he will spoil his eyes or should I allow him to stare me forever and ever without blinking?

What was the expression on your face that made him stare so feverishly? ;-) I think you can allow him to stare. At times you need to be looked upon with such expressions! LOL.
