“Do you know how to fill a postal
order?” Ms. ‘F’ asked.
“Yes. I do.” I said and helped her
in filling that form.
“Actually I am filling an application
under Right to Information Act (RTI) for the first time and postal order is to be sent with it.”
“What do you wish to know?” I
curiously asked.
“Salary of my husband! I am
fighting with him in the court!!”
Do you think it is the use or
misuse of Right to Information Act?
How can it be a misuse?
ReplyDeleteIt's her right!
ReplyDeleteWhat a marriage ...
No, not at all. It's not a misuse but a correct application
ReplyDeleteHow can it ever be called a misuse?
ReplyDeletedepends on her intentions...if she wants to sue her out of greediness, it is surely misuse...
ReplyDeleteChandrika,
ReplyDeleteHer husband should have told her that unless there were some valid reasons. Now as she is already in court, let the court ask him about this. Use of RTI for such personal needs is what makes act cluttered.
Take care
