well in my experience in real you usually have a few maybe 3 or 4 GOOD friends who are with you all the time.. ANd the rest are also friends but you can live without or you wont miss them after some time ..
ReplyDeleteThats my view .. cause as time goes by people get busy in there own circle and dont have as much time for ech other so in the end only a few handful MAYBE remain ...
When i was in college i had so many the whole college knew me and it took ages to go to the canteen shaking hands , hugging etc .. I could say i had hundreds but i hardly knew them though they knew me ...
Now I have a few whom i can depend on No matter what I know for a fact that they will stand by me right or wrong..
so depends what you think of Friendship... and from there we can see how many ....
May sound a bit odd. I think lesser the number is a list of genuine ones.
ReplyDeletefew genuine frnds... but u cannot ignore that these few frnds came when u met a large number pf people.. either u became frnds later or they were the ones who stayed.. but these few friends always stand out in that big number....
ReplyDeleteGuess what? Some scientific research says that our brain can only register 150 REAL friends at any given point of time, so this little kid with 33 friends? I bet they're all actual pals and he/she is one lucky person.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand,social networking has sadly led to friendships degenerating into people befriending mere posers just to please their ego.
So, it's actually neither here, nor there, on this one!
well if it is a networking site, more than half are a bunch of posers.
