Staring

I waved my hand in front of the face of a middle aged person who was staring at me.
“Oho! Actually I was thinking something.” He said.

Was he really thinking looking into my eyes or did he want to lock eyes with me?

  4. Happens a lot, I guess. Sometimes people get lost in thought and forget where they are or who they are with! Unless of course, you are breathtakingly beautiful or stunningly ugly! :)
Or when someone meets the love of his/her life for the first time. :)

  7. If he fell for u, he would have lost himself in your eyes. If not, these days people are pondering over things without even realizing where they are or whom they are watching..!!

  8. If it is your first experience, he might be thinking..

If you have similar experiences before, he might have lied..

Visiting you after a long interval..

By that time, you managed the chit-chatter in yourself in a surprising way..

  9. I suspect that that question remaining unanswered is the true poem here.

  10. You judge whether he was caught unawares or telling the truth.

  16. Well Di!! I would say that u r a better judge as it could've been easily deduced by the tone in which the line was delivered. We here don't have the advantage of having hearing the sound... So it could've been either and it would be an equal distribution of people who would go each way only reading the words... Coz evryone wud read it with a different tone in their head...!!
So U tell what tone was it... Did it contain the exasperation of a broken thought chain... a broken reverie.... with a li'l bit of embarrassment... or was it a straight line meant to be delivered in a flat voice hiding the emotions?? A question for you... :D
