Zebra cars?!?

In traffic jam on National Highway No. 8, I clicked the pic of these cars which were designed differently.

What do you think they are designed beautifully or mere wastage of black colored tapes?

    these are soon to be launched cars.. out for real road testing... they are not launched .. and cannot be bought .. so in a way they are camouflaged..
