Open air loo

“Is there any loo in this area?” A person asked the shopkeeper.
“Go behind that wall and pissed. There is open air loo.” The shopkeeper replied.

Even if we want to make our area clean can we do or that is not possible?

    The same people will know what to do when they're in cities like Singapore. I sometimes wish we have these hard and fast rules with hefty fines and all!

    but question is whether we have enough infrastructure. public toilets are a scarcity and the ones that are operating are so filthy to use.

    Why many pay toilets in India?
    Even some government toilets also becomes pay toilets. Govt has to put fine for that.
