Romance on the road

I saw a couple in shabby cloths, caressing and kissing each other in the middle of the road which resulted in bumper to bumper traffic jam.

Such scenes on roads are irritating or romantic?

    Action like these are disgrace to the society and cause discomfort to others.To be romantic is not bad but acting like stray dogs is not OK.
