Today, I read in the newspaper that a beggar died with Rs. 1.98 lakhs in his pocket.
These days, are the beggars really poor!?

ReplyDeleteThis is not the first time this has come out. There is much more to it than meets the eye. Just think how does a totally crippled person reach stairs of subway and how does that person go back at night.
